Hello. I am Paul Keighley, hypnotherapist, stress management consultant, hypnobirthing and EFT practitioner, husband, dad of two beautiful children and founder of Paul Keighley Hypnotherapy. Thank you for visiting my website.

I started training in hypnotherapy in 2012, after experiencing work-related stress and anxiety; hypnotherapy not only completely changed the way I reacted to stressful situations, but also improved my life in many other aspects.  A few years later, redundancy from my long-term job inspired me to deepen my knowledge and led me to add other therapies to my well being tool-bag, such as EFT and hypnobirthing: I realised then I needed to find a way to help other people break free from the feelings and behaviors that had been holding me back for so long.

I offer a friendly therapeutic approach; you will find that I don’t use any jargon or many clinical terms  as I believe in clear, simplistic language that relates to day to day  life. I want you to feel comfortable, at ease, and involved in this journey from the beginning. My aim  is to understand and treat the root cause of your issues, offering long lasting results.
